Terms of use
These terms cover the OfferHala website and flyer-browsing service. OfferHala helps you discover retail flyers across the GCC and plan a shopping list. Applicable app-store terms also apply when you download a mobile app.
Using OfferHala
You can browse as a guest without creating a shopper account. The current service has no paid subscription, in-app purchase or product checkout. Your language and location choices, saved flyers, followed stores, shopping list, recent history and reminder selections are kept on your device. You can remove them in the app, including through Clear device data. See the Privacy Policy for details about service requests, local storage and advertising.
Flyers, prices and availability
Flyers are provided for shopping information. Dates, prices, participating branches, quantities and other conditions can differ by retailer and location. Information may change, expire or contain errors. Check the applicable flyer dates and confirm an offer with the retailer before relying on it.
OfferHala does not sell the products shown or take payments, reserve stock, arrange delivery or handle retailer returns. Any purchase is between you and the retailer, under the retailer's terms and applicable consumer protections.
Optional reminders depend on your device's notification settings and operating system; delivery can be delayed. A map search is not verification of a specific branch or its stock.
Retailer content and responsible use
Retailer names, logos and flyer artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Their display does not mean that a retailer endorses OfferHala. Browsing the service does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute that content beyond any rights you already have.
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software through it or use it to infringe other people's rights.
Advertising and service changes
Some app versions display advertisements. Advertising does not change a retailer's offer conditions, and an advertisement is not an OfferHala endorsement. Required advertising privacy choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Catalog coverage and features may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or interruptions. Saved local information is not a cloud backup. We will publish updated terms here with a new effective date when these terms change.
Your rights and contacting us
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For an app issue, inaccurate flyer, content-rights concern or question about these terms, contact Muhammad Zoaib at support@offerhala.com. Please include the flyer title, retailer and country where relevant, and avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
شروط الاستخدام
تغطي هذه الشروط موقع أوفر هلا وخدمة تصفح النشرات. يساعدك أوفر هلا على اكتشاف نشرات المتاجر في دول الخليج وتنظيم قائمة التسوق. تسري أيضًا شروط متجر التطبيقات المعمول بها عند تنزيل تطبيق الهاتف.
استخدام أوفر هلا
يمكنك التصفح كضيف دون إنشاء حساب متسوق. لا تتضمن الخدمة الحالية اشتراكًا مدفوعًا أو شراءً داخل التطبيق أو دفعًا مقابل المنتجات. تُحفظ اختيارات اللغة والموقع والنشرات المحفوظة والمتاجر المتابَعة وقائمة التسوق والسجل الأخير واختيارات التذكير على جهازك. يمكنك حذفها من التطبيق، بما في ذلك عبر «مسح بيانات الجهاز». توضح سياسة الخصوصية طلبات الخدمة والتخزين المحلي والإعلانات.
النشرات والأسعار والتوفر
تُعرض النشرات لتوفير معلومات تساعد على التسوق. قد تختلف التواريخ والأسعار والفروع المشاركة والكميات والشروط الأخرى حسب المتجر والموقع. وقد تتغير المعلومات أو تنتهي صلاحيتها أو تتضمن أخطاء. راجع تواريخ النشرة وتأكد من العرض لدى المتجر قبل الاعتماد عليه.
لا يبيع أوفر هلا المنتجات المعروضة ولا يستقبل مدفوعاتها ولا يحجز المخزون ولا يرتب التوصيل ولا يتولى مرتجعات المتاجر. تتم أي عملية شراء بينك وبين المتجر وفق شروطه وحقوق المستهلك المعمول بها.
تعتمد التذكيرات الاختيارية على إعدادات الإشعارات ونظام التشغيل في جهازك، وقد يتأخر وصولها. البحث على الخريطة لا يوثّق فرعًا محددًا أو مخزونه.
محتوى المتاجر والاستخدام المسؤول
تبقى أسماء المتاجر وشعاراتها وأعمال النشرات الفنية ملكًا لأصحابها. ولا يعني عرضها أن المتجر يؤيد أوفر هلا. لا يمنحك تصفح الخدمة إذنًا لإعادة إنتاج هذا المحتوى أو توزيعه بما يتجاوز الحقوق التي تملكها أصلًا.
استخدم الخدمة بصورة مشروعة. لا تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به أو تعطيل تشغيل الخدمة أو نشر برامج ضارة من خلالها أو استخدامها لانتهاك حقوق الآخرين.
الإعلانات وتغييرات الخدمة
تعرض بعض إصدارات التطبيق إعلانات. لا تغيّر الإعلانات شروط عروض المتاجر، ولا يُعد عرض إعلان تأييدًا له من أوفر هلا. توضح سياسة الخصوصية خيارات الخصوصية الإعلانية المطلوبة.
قد تتغير تغطية النشرات والميزات، وقد تتوقف الخدمة مؤقتًا بسبب الصيانة أو الانقطاع. المعلومات المحفوظة محليًا ليست نسخة احتياطية سحابية. سننشر أي تحديث لهذه الشروط هنا مع تاريخ سريان جديد.
حقوقك والتواصل معنا
لا تحد هذه الشروط من الحقوق التي لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون المعمول به. للإبلاغ عن مشكلة في التطبيق أو نشرة غير دقيقة أو مسألة تتعلق بحقوق المحتوى أو للاستفسار عن هذه الشروط، تواصل مع Muhammad Zoaib عبر support@offerhala.com. يرجى ذكر عنوان النشرة والمتجر والدولة عند الحاجة، وتجنب إرسال معلومات شخصية غير ضرورية.
